How to achieve best performance of Bow Banana Expander Spread Rollers?
Adjust the Bow: If not specifically demanded, bow of the rollers is adjustable and it should be adjusted in respect of the result required considering other parameters.
Select the Length of the Roller: The length of the web should be selected to accommodate full width + working margin of the web material. It should be a little more than the web width after expansion.
Select the Diameter of the Roller: Small diameter requires more rotations (high speed) and big diameter requires less (low speed). Unnecessary high or low speed affects overall performance, hence diameter of the roller plays important role. Diameter of the roller is selected with consideration of other parameters and system requirement.
