Wrinkle removing Polyband Expander rollers in India

-

Arvind Rubber is engaged in manufacturing and exporting flexo printing rubber rollers in India.

The company from Ahmedabad is a leading supplier of Polyband Expander rollers.

Why choose us?

The polyband expander rollers manufactured by us are primarily used for materials like thin films and thinner webs of 10 microns and even less and are beneficial in the processing of the PP and HM liner bags.

The expander rollers give powerful crease-less stretch to the web and separate the web following the procedure of slitting.

Why Our Differential Shafts Deliver Superior Performance Under Extreme Loads?

-
Image
This blog explains why high-quality differential shafts deliver superior performance even under extreme industrial loads. Differential shafts are advanced winding components used in industries such as packaging, printing, film, laminates, and textiles. They help maintain precise tension, prevent slippage, and ensure smooth winding and unwinding of materials. Under heavy loads, these shafts must withstand high torque, fast operating speeds, and continuous pressure. The blog highlights that well-engineered differential shafts are built with premium materials, precise tolerances, and balanced construction. This allows them to maintain consistent performance without bending, slipping, or causing uneven winding. Their ability to distribute load evenly across multiple cores ensures better control, reduced waste, and uniform roll quality. The blog also emphasizes that differential shafts are designed to handle variations in material thickness, roll diameter, and machine speed. Eve...

The Role of Rubber-Coated Rollers in Paper Coating & Calendering Machines

-
Image
Rubber-coated rollers are critical components in paper coating and calendering machines , playing a central role in enhancing paper quality and production efficiency. These rollers consist of a robust metal core coated with an elastomeric rubber layer engineered to provide uniform pressure, excellent grip, and precise control during the coating and calendering processes. In paper coating applications, they ensure that coatings — such as pigments, adhesives, or finishes — are applied evenly across the paper surface, preventing streaks, uneven layers, or quality defects. Their high coefficient of friction and resilient surface help maintain consistent contact with the paper web as it moves through high-speed machinery, which is essential for achieving smooth, defect-free coatings. In calendering machines, rubber-coated rollers work along with hard pressure rolls to smooth and compress paper sheets , enhancing surface finish, gloss, and dimensional uniformity. The elasticity of t...
