The air expandable shafts come with many features such as they consist of a slotted shaft, rubber bladders, hard and ground steel cage with ball type gripper.

 Teflon strip is added to avoid any slippage and self-lubricating segments are separating two adjacent steel cages. It is capable of compensating speed variation due to gauge variation with multi-cores and it can run at very high speed. With minimum 20 mm core, the length of the shafts can be adjusted as per the client’s requirement.
